Protecting a town from PVP Empty Protecting a town from PVP

Post by jpegs Sat Dec 03, 2011 10:17 pm

I am building a town but i am pretty sure if i allow people i don't know irl into it will be a war zone. Earlier I heard Patrick say something that you could buy the non-PVP. I was wondering if i could buy it with in-game money and if so, how much? Thank you

50x50 zone is the minimum, so 5000 freeds.

Its funny because, on the last map, the Highlands was like the center for PvP.

In which I did not enjoy people would get mad at the likes of evad who stalk people leaving the stores which in turn killed the town

Yes because turning a nice city into a ghost town is what everyone wants to see on the server... So smart PVPer's continue to ruin everyone's creations because of your failure to build anything of your own and your only ability to wish to grief everyone.

Yes, but you also should read the rules on that part...

I did it on occation, before it become a bannable offence. D:

I just read the rules. I don't see anywhere that using flint and steel is NOT allowed in combat. No lava (for the most part), no donor+ commands allowed in or to engage in PvP. Would you point out the part that says no flint and steel pl0x.

I'm pretty sure you can use flint/steel in combat as long as you don't use it on someone elses build... so if you're in the wild it's cool (I think)

Not in safe places where combat is void. It's not spesificaly in there but I have been warned several times before not to do so. (as I have burned quite a few ppl that way xD)
Outside, where pvp is on thats another story, no problems what so ever.

I will get a non-pvp zone with my freeds ASAP.

in the mean time - PVP is bad for biz.
That is why i ruthlessly murder anyone who causes trouble in my potion shop.
