You have to have an admin do it I believe. I don't mind doing it. What is it changing from and to?

You should be able to do it all yourself, if you type the right commands. To change the name its just /t set name newname, and to change the location just /t unclaim all of your current land and /t claim the land that you want to have now. It shouldn't require an Admin, it relies on Towny classes, not overall server classes, and you have the class mayor because you own a town. That gives you all the perms to mess with all of your towny stuff. To find all the commands that a mayor can use, type /t mayor ? (yes, the question mark is part of the command.) Hope I've been helpful.
