Don't be making it out as if Pat's the bad guy here, 1.5 may be out now, but if you weren't willing to help the server when it needed it most then you don't deserve it.

I'd like it to but there's no point if there's no guarantee of money or anything, it's all well and good saying 'yeah we'll play in 1.5' and all that but pat still had to pay for 2 months pretty much out of his own pocket when he didn't want to do the job himself any longer anyway, so it's not looking too likely I'm afraid.

Damn shame, I would have donated assuming the server was still here for 1.5, or I would have even just donated if I'd known it was in trouble... I had no idea.
It's awkward timing really, waiting this long only to close the server like, the day before 1.5 was released.

Naa it was about a week or so ago that the bill was sent, that's when we knew it was shutting down for sure. In hindsight we shouldn't have announced that there was going to be a map change back in like December, and it didn't help that they took loads of time to release 1.5 an'all.
It's just as well anyway, no good in forcing Pat into it when he doesn't want to do it in the first place and when we all (mostly me) moan at him for being useless and all that.
