Faction Territory Walls

So while the server is down... (pat...) I'll start this thread...

Should it be okay to break through walls of faction territory?
My view is that as long as it's not a building that's at least 5 deep or something, you can break through it... so if it's a wall with a walkway through it, it won't be considered a building... You still can't attack buildings... but this gives a bit more fun to sneaking in, repairing your empire, and the overall feel of being "at war' with other factions....

No, because the only escape is in a shielded area where they can't break in. Its good as it currently is where you can only build 1 block away from their territory, otherwise you could literally lock someone down til they disconnect from the server from frustration.

well this would let you break through a wall if they wall you in... plus, you can run back to your shielded off areas (like buildings) or if they're trying to break your wall, you just shoot arrows down at them or pour lava

I say i think you're under estimating the capability of a faction like mine. We would complete tear down DEMIGOD's until they left the faction from utter chaos. There wouldnt be a wall left and we'd just keep killing until they gave up and left the land they own so we win. I'd just like to add my current City isn't involved in the Faction wars.

well you could always run back to your buildings... and breaking walls takes a while... the only thing would be while the other faction is off the server, you could systematically break their walls...

It wont take a while with my Espadas take us 10 mins to great enough mess it would like Creeper orgy ville

Exactly. I wouldn't care.. But im sure it would be a little extreme it would turn into carnage.

hmm somewhat echoes the fact that building to gain access is allowed, so long as it doesnt touch the wall, so we all decide that building a giant massive ass wall around a faction is allowed, so long as no blocks are touching

cause I noticed one thing while building our faction walls... we can make them so tall that you can't jump to anything inside the walls without falling down and dying
