Danielboro is a city project started by DanielDestructo and Pyrferno. There will be a lot of our mega structures housed in this city and also a lot of building potential for those people wishing to live here. However you must respect our laws if your going to live here.
PUBLIC WARP - /warp Danielboro, or Dan for short.
1) Don't build outside of your plot ranges, and don't dig into other's plots. This is considered griefing in the sense that your Limiting another's ability to build, and because of this we will destroy your areas that go into another's plot. So keep to your bounds. If you want to have your own mine shaft, build it somewhere outside of the city. Note: There will be public mine shafts available.
2) Don't build over the given height requirements in each of the districts. We want to keep the houses and main structures distinguishable from one another inside of the city. Yes, we want residents to have nice houses, but we want them to be houses, not large scale projects. if you want to get involved on a large scale project you may but you will have to talk to us first. We will give credit where credit is due.
3) Don't build incomplete structures, this town needs to look amazing and part of that is to build houses/shops/etc that fit the idea of the city. Please don't start working on something and just stop.
^^^ Failure to meet these 3 rules will can result in the demolition of your home/shop/etc ^^^
4) Don't be immature, I shouldn't have to say much about this.....
LASTLY, any rule of Freed's server is a rule in our city, Respect his rules and ours and we won't have any problems.
Market District is going to be the south side area of the city of Danielboro. This location is going to contain a large royal port for those looking to enter the city via water, they will pass by the large Pharos lighthouse that will guide them into the city. Here you can see the amazing roman forum connected to a underwater market district when entering via boat. And begin to see the royal palace above the Market District. There will be both Residential and Business plots available within the market district however you can not build a Business in a residential plot.

9x18 Plots cost 150 Freeds
18x18 Plots cost 300 Freeds
27x18 Plots cost 450 Freeds

5x5 Arch Plots cost 100 Freeds

Palace The Royal palace will be the home of the emperor's of the city. With the largest walls in the entire city. inside of the walls will be a garden suddenly the royal palace. Although this will be the smallest district it's wealth will shrine over the entire city, as well as it's defenses.
Redstone District This District is going to house varies contraptions and devices all made with our favorite mechanic in mine craft, Redstone. There will be a lot of various houses that will have hidden staircases, hidden doors, hidden anything really, activated by pistons and levers/buttons you name it. Also worth noting there will even be entire structures that change their design every couple minutes using large scale clocks. This district will also have a Roller Coaster within it. Perhaps a log ride? Lastly expect something BIG to happen every nightfall, lets just say the electric bill here is going to be killer.
Residential District This District will house very large scale plots that will sell at fairly high prices, with that in mind only the elite builders will be able to purchase plots in this District, it is suppose to be a very clean district, and will be kept up well. In addition people that want to open Hotels here are welcome to do so as well. with the availability of making multiple rooms to sell. North of the Residential District will lie the great Coliseum, where epic battles will ensue.
Military District This District is going to be very fortified and also will be the location of the Faction Houses. Faction House plots are reserved for the various factions of the server, they will be given 30x50x60(height, 30up, 30down) plots to build a mansion of sorts. These Houses should reflect the power and wealth of the faction. This district is also near the Coliseum, perhaps arranged faction battles can occur in the Coliseum? Lastly the Gate of the City will be to the north of this district, and will feature large walls as well as a glimpse of the palace ahead.
