Yeah, it does, but in light of recent events all the locks have been removed, so you have access to chests that were locked previously. Mods have access to everyone's chests, but that doesn't mean we can steal, it's basically the same situation.

kento12345, you should know that stealing from someone's shop when everyone's chests got unlocked is wrong. But I banned you because I had no other from of punishment because of lack of plugins.
