- You may NOT use /tp in PvP.

- You may NOT use compass jumping or /jumpto in combat.
- You may NOT use /mc in combat.
- If you have the intent of PvPing someone, you may not use those commands to assist you in any way. (ie use compassport to get closer to your victim. Yes you arent using it in combat but you have_the_intent of starting combat.)

you're not allowed to do either of those... if there is any pvp involved, you can't use donor powers.
A kind of gray area, in my opinion, is if you, as a mod+, teleport to someone to help them fix a grief or something, and someone starts attacking you, you can tp away...
but if you're just walking into random peoples' houses and shit, you shouldn't really be able to teleport away... just use /spawn

Again my point is validated. I am saying if your intention isn't to pvp that using donor powers to remove yourself from it is allowed. But you can't just tp away get a sword and armor then join the fray. So if you tp in the middle of a combat and you aremt there to fight using donor powers to remove yourself is ok
