what about afk?

For the meantime, ender pearl tp killing is illegal.

If Ender Pearls were super rare, I would say it's fine... but I was on the server today and I saw this massivly massive ender farm in the End...

This makes it too easy for noobs to get Ender Pearls and abuse their functionality

Prior to those farms (theres atleast 3 now btw) i had pretty much made endemen scarce in the end

Well.... i had gotten pearls the hard way, going down to the end with a pumpkin on me head and hunting endermen. I think if we just get rid of the huge farms we should allow it, because it was pretty difficult to get pearls the right way. Problem of course is keeping sure that no farms exist.

Yeah, but I'd rather ban trespass tp killing than ban the whole farms... because they're a good source of exp. And I think you can use something in potions too...

You may NOT use ANY home in PvP.

but can you still use public warps? like /t spawn renais or whatever.

Well, to be fair, there was no grey area in the rules. It was very specific about how you are and aren't allowed to use /home to fight. Thing is, it was difficult to monitor all of this with our limited active staff, especially seeing as it couldn't really be monitored from anywhere but on the server. However, if we take away /home killing all together, we run into many more problems. The biggest new issue is that it would leave you defenseless whenever you use a /home. Say someone wants to kill you, they just have to go to a home that you have access to without using /home. According to the new rules, if/when you use /home to get there, they can kill you fine, but you can't touch them. This also means that you cant defend other people's homes anymore. Say your buddy's home is under attack, well now you can't go and help them fend off the invasion because if you went to their home you couldn't partake in any pvp.

Of course, all of this could be avoided if we used /tpa, then let homes be fair game (well just no setting/publicizing homes on anyone's property without permission*). That way, if somebody teleports to a location and kills somebody, it would have had to have been a home, and couldn't possibly be any form of power abuse.

*And if someone breaks this rule then a mod deletes their /homeset.

pat if someone is near ur home r u allowed to use ur own home to get closer to them or is that against the rules too. I say no home killing but u can use other peoples homes to gain acces to other people.

You cannot set your home for pvp, but if they are at it and you /home, you can attack them.

@Lore, you can defend yourself wherever you are, regardless of how you got there. I mean you cannot initiate PvP.

ok so if i were to go to someones home and someone attackes me i can attack back right.

If it is public, yes

If i am in ipoppy's home and she attacks me can i attack back even though its their home(example, not gonna happen) . Also if i am in ninus's home can i kill apex (just an example) or something if they attack me.

If you go to someone else's home (when they aren't expecting it/havent told you to or you havent asked etc) and they start attacking you, no I don't think you should be able to attack them, seeing as you are the one tresspassing. Just /spawn or something.

/home killing is allowed. If you don't want them there uninvite them. but homes cannot be placed for the soul purpose of gaining access for PvP.

If someone's home is near someone else's then can i go from one persons home to the other to PvP someone?

A public home is basically granted access to everyone.
