though i would love it to see the spleef plugin implemented on a server listed as a server that uses the aforementioned plugin, i doubt that members would _ever_ get permissions for something like spleef, which can be abused, in a similar manner, to /region imo...i do want to see the plugin being used though...

Yeah, I can't give it to members because, like mcpowell said, it is like a region. Build an arena and tell me the coords and I'll spleef it for you.
