Baldymoint7's Appeal

Hello Staff members, I was banned on Orc's a while ago for a few things including; Spam and X-ray.
I would like to appeal my self on this server, since I see fit that I will do no such things on Freed's server.
I would also like to see everyone that used to go on Orcworm's and enjoy the community again.
Also I have two alternate accounts which can stay banned (dhfgsjdhfsj and ipodtaco) -Actually my friend's accounts.

Please accept my appeal, with respect.

Upon being banned from orcs, you came on here and got yourself banned too.
I'm inclined to say no.

I have significantly matured since then, please, give me one more chance, I won't do anything wrong. I have no purpose to do so in my mind.

I would say give the people that wher banned before the merge another chance since its 2 servers 1 in now.
But that again its not up to me.

According to Pat he got banned here too or some shit.

I do remember being banned on here, but I'm not sure if it was before or after I was banned on Orcs.
I won't do anything against the rules if you unban me Freed. I will not be any problem what so ever!

I know baldy for quite a while now.
He used to be a frequent and friendly player of orcworms.
While i dont know what made him suddenly turn into an xrayer, i do believe he does deserve a second chance.
I have never seen him on freeds, so it is to suspect that his ban simply was taken over on this server.
But should we really judge a person on our server for what he has done on a different one?
Especially when so much time has passed?
I personally would say we should give him a chance.
At worst, we can reban him and undo the damage.

After all, we WILL have a reset.

Its not a new server. He was banned here separately.

If we do not give people a second chance to undo minor rule violations on our server, then why do we ask for ban appeals in the first place?

He might have gone bad on orcworms, but here he is banned for spam.

Normaly, I don't give second chances but since he does seem somewhat sincere about it unlike so many other applicants... You might want to give him one more chance. If he screws up, toss him out with no more chances and repair the damage.
You also get 'braging rights' if that happens. Im sure you know what I mean.

I know it is bannable but it says nowhere that its not appealable.
What is this server policy? Get banned once and be screwed forever, no matter how heavy your violation?

No, but get banned from one server then run on mine spamming "I dont care if I get banned" makes me really hesitant.

To be fair, in almost every case ever otherwise the appeal has succeeded.

I can see where Pat is coming from though, he gets himself banned from the one server, then came on to ours and got himself immediately banned from here too. Now that the servers have merged if anything the two offences have added up, not cancelled out.

Though I do think he should still be given a second chance because it was a good while ago if I recall.
