1st u didnt pay for commands u donated out of free will to a server
2nd slap isn't realy a donator command orcworm gave it to some vips, while other people donated for that command
3rd believe no 1 can ride people with saddles atm

Brain Dead pretty much covered it, although come 1.4 saddles will be introduced again provided the dev keeps up with it.
I removed it initially because there was an exploit that would give you god mode.
