Appeal

Apparently Ninjaplz banned me because of stealing. It was my understanding that stealing was in fact legal now if the chests were unlocked, so I'm not sure why I would be banned. I have been on this server for a while and respect all players and their personal items, however I simply thought stealing from unlocked chests was allowed. I will be happy to return any items. I hope Ninjaplz and others recognize that I wouldn't jeopardize my account for anything deemed illegal.

Unbanned, we just had a policy of no stealing for a week because chests were unlocked.

Yeah but that doesn't justify anything during that as being legal if someone claims now, surely?

Obv not perm ban regardless, but if someone comes on to find all his stuff was stolen the first day he should be able to have it back I reckon.

Yes Boblobster I agree, which is why I stated in my original post that I would be more than happy to return any items. When everything was going down the drain and chests were left unlocked, I thought that those particular chests were never locked, and therefore free for the taking (as other players thought as well). Obviously when I found out what was really happening, I waited until everything was sorted out. And I know you were doing your job Ninja, it was just a little silly looking at other banned players for griefing, x-raying, offensive behavior/language etc, and I was banned for... taking an arrow and a few buckets.
