Oh and pat i see y home killing isn't allowed but you should still be able to use other people's homes to get to people if it isn't set for PvP because they chose to build so close to other people, they should accept what can happen.

Cheese, you moron. We want to encourage building close to people, not make it a death sentence. Otherwise we just get a whole bunch of tiny singleplayer worlds happening on one big server, with no interaction whatsoever.
