I was thinking that we wouldn't need a warehouse. Start from scratch as far as items go for the new world, part of the econ reset. I mean, even if we level out the freed totals, if we all have a stack of diamond blocks then the economy is still bad.
*edit* As for builds, we should just be more strict than we were last time. Only Towny cities (although i wouldn't mind giving up mine, I would like to redo it), and really good other builds that would be a shame to see go, like Atlantis, Mario City, or Tarsol's castle.

That's near enough exactly what i said in the mod forums xD, I was thinking maybe have two double chests each and limiting the amount of diamonds people can put in. Hell maybe it could be a stack max of everything.

I like my stacks upon stacks of cobble =/ by stacks I mean double chests upon double chests.
