I played MLG CoD while MW2 was out. I have 350 hours of it played. And if you're going to listen to anyone, listen to me here. CoD has fallen to utter shit and I can rant while giving legitimate points with examples and counterexamples like no other...but I'll spare you the TL;DR posts. BF3 is great, try it. And examine the demographic for CoD now vs. CoD4 days. (The awesome days).

Only really played Battlefield 2142, but that's because it's fucking awesome with them titans and all that futuristic shit. Heard great things of Battlefield 3 mind.
As for Cod I've only played and seen the early games a few times, where as I've been forced pretty much to play the new ones. From what I can tell, back in the day was about the single player and the story, where as now the developers are whoring it up big time for the money with the online and all that. I mean it took me like an hour to realise my friends were playing MW3 instead of MW2, and that's because I looked at the case...
But alas, I haven't played it for very long so I haven't got a fucking clue what I am on about, the first impressions are bad for the new ones mind, put it that way. I'll let Mike to the expert stuff >_>.

Haha its cool you can rant. Idc really, i know pros an cons an reasons people like BF vs COD... but idc what people say, COD is my cocaine, an i'll never break the addiction
