Nearbeer is tp killing

Nearbeer has been tp killing me and im sick and tired of it. He is either using teleportation or compass killing. He's gotten my diamond stuff, such as a sword and pickaxe.... He says he can do whatever he wants when no moderators, admins, owners, or any other types of server runners are on. Can you please help with my problem?

Patrick can see if nearbeers been tp killing, somehow I doubt he would actually do it.

....u rly doubt it? if hes not tp killing then he's atlest abusing his power traping me under magic carpet, compass telaporting infront of me and blocking my way tping to me without my permission ik hes ben banned b4 but rly if hes ben banned 3 times i think thats just it u cant keep giveing him all these chances

That was in parkour... where I simply stood in front of you so you could never move past me. Not really abusing IMO. And I stopped harassing you with magic carpet. As for codedog, there's nothin wrong in killing you, is there?

Explain why that isn't allowed? I don't understand. He asks me to tp me to people all the time, but that isn't disallowed.

You may not teleport any player without their permission or against their will.

Isn't that rule for taking a player to you/someone else, not you/somone else to them? Because I understand that, but texas was willingly being teleported. If it is not that way I've seen that rule broken many times, not just by mods.

It doesn't matter who actually gets transported, if it is against any of the parties' wills, it breaks the rules.

Ok then. Quick question though, would I still be able to use my zone?

Wait a moment, (sorry for the 50th post about this from me, but) I never tp'ed tex until after he showed signs of not willing to be tp'd to. So, last question to be clarified, does 'against their wills' mean they say, no don't tp to me, or they both agree that the teleport is ok?

They both have to agree for any tp to happen. If they ask you to leave and you do, it isn't that big of a deal, depending on what the violated party says.
