    Good idea, how ever this will cause a lot more problems. I suggest guests not able to build out side a 'guest area' this should increase members and reduce griefers.

    do u mean guest are not be able to build or theres a guest area so when a guest goes in the guest area he/she cant be able to build. i think guest r not be able to build at all since there guess
