Banned plz help me out

Mcpowell kept killing me in plank city which on the gate it says no pvp so, in return i killed him and he said he was gonna get me banned. thinking this and being pissed off i deleted glowstone aroung the portal which i wont deny but, at that time i was just mad and had lost all hope in the server. when i wasnt banned i was relieved and went back to building and creating in minecraft. i had no problems after that until now. i regret deleting the glowstone and wil fix it... if i get back in. i am very sorry for the inconvience and hope to get back into the server.

If it helps at all, it was my glowstone that was deleted, and has been fixed. Idk if you will be unbanned or not but this should act as a warning not to grief in Mario City or anywhere else.

Unofficial rules posted in unzoned cities aren't official rules. There is nothing forcing people to follow them, and they can't be banned or anything for not following them. McPowell doesn't even own Mario City, you griefed CrankkDatJFel. We do not tolerate griefing and there is no real reason you should be unbanned...

i relize that now and regret it! i didnt know the zoning of the worl and thought it was all owned ny the same person and he seemed to be pretty highly ranked

Ninja, he did take the time to make an appeal, the glowstone was fixed, and the person griefed doesn't really care.
I think that qualifies for an unban.

i deleted the floor of glowstone around the nether prtal and put two pieces of cobblestone there later so people could get in

This was in Mario City, and he does not have a plot in Mario City

i have already admitted to deleteing the glowstone but i have never had a diamond pick or a compass or redstone torches.

He obviously really wants to play on the server.

I guess he could be unbanned, but if anyone sees you break even 1 block of someone elses (that you aren't building with), you will be banned again...

Im sure you can all use this information wisely, and just to correct the initial appeal response - heavily i may add - I killed him once in plank city for attacking me, he came along with his buddy zach to grief me (who can be seen...lol...'cleaning up his act' ^^ here)...



not once in response did they kill me in retaliation, it was pure grief, in addition to these caught red handed pics, you also griefed more wood, glass, leaf blocks, torches, flowers and a suspicion of stone to breach into my base, though the latter is unconfirmed and irrelevant when you weigh up the other accounts of grief...











most of it is fixed now and it wasnt even me who reported the ban, i was willing to let it go, the only reason i did this was beacuse of your blatant lie of an appeal...you just shit on your own head

If he's taken the time to make this appeal, he'll probably not grief again. And if he does, it'll be ban without appeal. Ultimately though, it's up to mcpowell and crankk.

i was happy to let him stay, its his lie in his appeal that pissed me off, i say no, since i told him once, he apologised stating his unfamiliarity with the game and left, so i went out to do some more pvp, came back and found him doing what i screen shotted, i say no, but i present the evidence and you decide

as i said i am sorry for griefing and thought i was gonna be banned i did however return everything i greifed and the axe i used i am very sorry and as patrick said if it happens again ill be banned without an appleal but you wont have to worry about that.
