The server has issues backing up the maps because they're so big, so sometimes it crashes. I might make it alternate between hours (one map one even hours, other on odd, etc) to see if it prevents this.

Well heres the plan now.
I'm going to make it backup twice a day: same time as both restarts. So even if it does crash, it will be reset anyways.
Fewer backups means a bigger rollback in the event of a crash, but this downtime is getting a little ridiculous.
