HomeWelp, after the regions were deleted on the server, the cities in progress for project elements is now going to be on hold, mainly making sure everything is still in order and not griefed. I would be much thankful if a staff with the power to add regions, or patrickfreed to add a zone. Also, to all those working on the other cities, you guys need to find a place to begin building soon. We're running behind schedule, so it would be best to start working ASAP.
