    Yeah, I used all my stuff at the time to build my enderman farm now I get penitalized for killing them. This pissed me off so much Evil or Very Mad Can it Please (<---Ew) get back the way it was Before the tweak? If you think about it Pyrferno's Spider Spawners never got tweaked...

    However it would be possible to make it go to 0 from -1 to 1.

    Thoughts on this? We need a solution that wont destroy the econ in freeds. The temporary / perma fix was to average the freed gain to 0. We could possible set it just to 0 or a more creative solution could be stated.

    Quit your wining. 1 freed with an afk auto clicker at an ender farm for 12 - 14 hours = a lot of freed.

    Cant auto click a spider farm as you need to pull the switch. Either that or you auto click with your fist and take much much much longer.

    But hell, if you're whining that much we can nerf every type of mob spawner! All I can say is though, ender farms will never give you ridiculous freed again any time soon. I suggest we get a thing where you don't get money if you are in a 30 odd block radius to a mob spawner or something. If the grinder takes mobs further than 30 blocks we remove that shit.

    This of course would mean we'd need a huge change in economy seeing as there'd be a lot less money around and it'd be more balanced and we'd probably need a reset and another way of obtaining money as well. In places like the arena though you'd still be able to get money from the kills.

    You could always make a no-spawner mob grinder with lot's of dark room if you were that hell bent on getting money anyway.

    Also, you don't lose freed you tit, it averages 0...

    actually you can afk a spider spawner... you can afk any spawner you want. I have a method for each.

    But yeah, I do think that enderfarms are a bit cheap. Yes they're harder to build than most mob farms, but they are ruining the shit out of the economy.

    maybe just remove freed gain fully from endermen. So this way nobody can bitch about losing anything. If you spend the time to click your way to infinity, w/e you have a bunch of ender pearls. Congratulations. Technically, having more ender pearls will make the price of them go down, making it so you gain less money from each ender pearl.

    And yeah, re-adding the afk kick would be nice. I don't know why we ever took it off (don't give me any of that bukkit update shit...)
    Though a thought on the afk-kick. It would have to be one that doesn't count clicks or jumps as movement. Because When I had my spider mob spawner, I just looked straight up, jumped, and held click while watching tv to kill the spiders... so we'd need to have it be an x/z only mod. Like, it only registers movement in the x and z directions to reset the kick timer.

    There was an afk kicker on either freed's or orc's that didn't count clicks or jumps. like. It would still kick you even if you were clicking/jumping

    Because telling someone they can't farm/can't build a farm is really lke, nazi/soviet union IMO. like. We shouldn't be able to disallow people from doing something that is a natural occurance in minecraft to make themselves better than others, you know what I mean?

    I was looking at this plugin for my server and it kicked you if you failed to move outside a certain radius (you could change it) over a certain amount of time. So no clicking or jumping to bypass it.

    Saying it is Nazi/soviet like isn't a good reason to not prevent them. Removing mass mob farms of all kinds makes money finally a challenge to work with, not act as a high score board. (Think Gsfreeman, he has maybe 40,000 freeds...)

    hahah, 40k freeds? Take CheeseXman, an average minecraft player, relatively new to the server, but friends with Zkiller. Zkiller has an enderman farm. what happens? CheeseXman goes from broke to 60k in a matter of days. In my town bank I have somewhere +400k freeds, and I have another +30k myself, all from taxes and generous donations from the people of Renais. Thats just one nation. Really, with this much money floating around the upper-class of freeds, no nerfing will fix the economy, not unless it is paired with a money reset (This is a tad socialist, but socialism isn't actually all that bad in some cases). That said i think the plugin Nearbeer mentioned is a great way to stop the afk problem of farming, and then if we decrease the money gain from mobs near a mob spawner like bob said, the only real way left to farm is to be actively playing near your darkroom grinder. This method of farming is slow, and if you cant afk it keeps you active in the community (in other words its not that bad), so I'd be fine with full money rewards from that. Just to finish off the econ reboot, maybe add some jobs thing like we planned, so that its not only darkrooms, because even if darkrooms are an ok way of farming, its ALWAYS good to have options for how you make money (we wouldn't want to be TOO socialist now, would we ;P).

    Right, because we are not doing this already now are we.

    Anyway, my point is: why not find a compromise. Xp grind, sure, that works as its vanila, but money? Why not find other means than mob farming as its just promoting afk killing anyway. The ecconomy on pats realy could use some fixing and its way overdue already.
