    So, I think the one freed per min isn't working. Ninja has enough money to but unlimited amounts of anything really.
    Here's my plan:
    Get rid of 1 per min
    Add higher drops for killing mobs
    Add admin shops where players can dispose of their materials for freed
    Optional: pvp steals some of the victims freed
    Shops and other will add up to the rest of one's money.

    Vote above and add what you thing it needs to get/ get rid of.

    I don't like the money for pvp, as I get killed alot for no reason by rang and rainyz and I do the same to be honest, so I'd never have a good amount of freed.

    ~ There can't be a flat rate for pvp cause then 2 people could gain too fast working togther

    ~ Stealing freed is an excellent idea as there's no way to work together for personal gain.

    ~ Stealing freed should be enough to want to be avoided yet not enough to severely detriment a player. Something like 25 freed, enough to be worth more than any mob around. Even repeat killing can be covered by selling even cobblestone (0.25 or 16 freed for a stack of cobblestone). So that by just selling cobble and dirt the most common elements in the game they can recoup the stolen money rather fast while making pvp a possible career path. Please keep in mind that 2vs1 is hard to win and as I have recently been told that this is "...a SMP where PVP is allowed..." (~3z) as opposed to a PVP server this still fits in the guideline, if everyone woke up in this world it makes sense that there would be some groups fighting others and possibly even some "lone wolf" types. I think that it should go in, however you should not be able to steal or pvp for that matter in any officially zoned city (unless it has an area or some other type pvp attraction). This would also re-enforce a role-playing aspect without forcing people to actually role-play.

    Shops and other will add up to the rest of one's money.

    ~ If every item in the game can be sold that would be great, perhaps for example golden apples (entirely not worth it in game at the moment) could be worth significant freed.

    ~ If its not feasible for all items to be purchase there would have to be at least a way to earn back pvp loses with little relative time investment ( such as the example above ).


    Overall this sounds like a nice system to me even without the pvp stealing freed.

    P.S. For the record I have also been told I take myself too seriously, I throughly enjoy the pvp aspect of the game and believe in the scenario that is the "Survival Multiplayer" experience you'd be bound to run into someone that would want to kill you or vice versa. You would also encounter others that were peaceful and profitable and provide more security from said people.

    So I think we're all in agreement the 1 freed/min is going away.
    When the new economy first starts up, I'll leave the stealing via PvP off, just to see what people will want. If they want another source of income, then I'll add it.
    Admin shops will be in place and mob drops will be increased.

    definatly get rid of the 1 freed a minute as you don't have to do anything to achieve it...*cough* ninja *cough* i kid, he's made loadsa money via his shop... but still the mob killing sounds cool, the pvp is also a very good idea but like kotton said, don't make it too much to cripple noobs financially and provide an easy way for them to recover if they do get raped...

    If we implement stealng, just how much could someone steal anyway? an fixed ammount? or a % of whats carrying.
    Also, would an atm be an idea?

    The admin shops are basically atms
    We'll get to the pvp steal when the time comes. I haven't looked at the plugin yet

    yeah... I've got maybe a few thousand at most from being on the server... it takes 16.667 hours just to get 1000 freed.
    granted, I play a lot, but I haven't played long enough to get all my money from just being on the server.

    but the other forms of income are a good idea.
    And for admins, no using /god while killing enemies

    Can we also increase the timer on the afk kick since we no longer make money per minute and its just not long enough to make coffee or poop.
